Corporate Entertainment Packages

Reward staff or entertain clients on our authentic Boeing 737-800 flight simulator for the ultimate corporate entertainment event!

At our specially tailored events groups of 4-12 people can learn about the job of an airline pilot and experience the thrill of flying a state-of-the-art multi-million pound aircraft in an experience that is both educational and a huge amount of fun!

Our friendly instructors are on hand to provide all the training and supervision as well as to answer any questions.  Buffet lunch, refreshments and snacks are provided.

We also provide an area where you can hold an internal meeting for your entire group, with whiteboards, flipboards and computer projectors and LCD screens to cater for most meeting requirements.

In a typical session each guest will experience more than an hour either at the controls or on the jump seat. The session will normally be broken up into a “practice round” and a competition where the best performer will win a prize.

We work with the client to tailor a package to suit their needs, whether it be a half or full day, with or without meeting facilities.  Typical session outlines are described below.  Please contact us to discuss your particular event requirements in more detail.

Some of the Unique Features of the day

Whilst the simulator can only hold two guests (plus instructor) at any one time we have a variety of ways to keep other guests occupied whilst not on the simulator.

  • Briefings - An instructor will be available at the centre to provide a full briefing for the session including a talk about principles of flight and a question/answer session.

  • Flightdeck video – We will be showing a video of a 737 flight to help familiarise guests with the layout of the flightdeck and the operation of a flight from A to B.

  • Jumpseat - Watch your fellow guest fly from the jumpseat within the flight deck for an experience as authentic as flying itself!

  • Virtual Cabin – our simulator has a passenger cabin section complete with plush leather business class seats from where up to 6 guests can watch the progress of the flight. External projectors project an image onto a screens outside the cabin windows so you can experience the flight as a passenger. A perfect way to watch and assess your colleague’s landing!
