Please make your booking by telephone on 08456 800 737.  Our staff will advise you on available dates, instructor and simulator availability.  Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation via email or post of your booked course.

Payment for your course must be made in full at the time of booking by credit or debit card, unless prior arrangements have been made.

For courses using a full-flight simulator as part of the package, we regret that we can not issue a refund once your course is booked and confirmed, as your payment acts as a deposit to hold the simulator block time.

For courses not using full-flight simulator time:

• you can reschedule your booking to an alternative date free of charge, so long as you give us at least 14 days notice of the change.  This is limited to a period of 3 months from the date of original booking.
• if you need to reschedule your booking inside of 14 days of the original date, there is a £100 rebooking charge.
• failing to attend your session will result in a full fee to rebook the session as necessary.
• if you wish to cancel your booking completely, you will be charged 20% of the full fee as an administration charge, since once your booking is made we must reserve and allocate simulator and instructor time.
