With the Virtual Flight Centre you are dealing with the owner, operator and manufacturer of the simulator. Because the simulator is manufactured utilizing the latest cutting-edge technology we can offer time at rates of around one-third of the middle-man. Our in-house simulators are fixed-base, and are perfect tools to offer very valuable training within the  the simulator assessment and JOC training environment.  And if you wish to use full-flight simulators too, we can arrange that as well at very competitive rates.

  • If I call outside of normal business hours will my voice message generate an email that will often be answered almost immediately?

    At the Virtual Flight Centre, yes.  We constantly have one or more members of our team monitoring our customer communications channels to ensure you get the best and quickest service possible.

  • If I turn up at short notice because I have an interview the next day will you stay open until 2 a.m. for me?

    At the Virtual Flight Centre, yes.  Our team remains fully flexible to enable you, the customer, to experience the service you require at a time that suits you.  Often, simulator assessments or other interview or training requirements pop-up at short notice - we have opened outside of normal business hours for clients in the past, and we are happy to do so for clients in the future.  Just give us a call and let us know your requirements.

  • Is the instruction provided by an expensive senior training captain when a training first officer (who has been through an assessment himself) will provide an equally useful session at a third of the cost?

    At the Virtual Flight Centre, we use a mixture of current airline pilots (no retirees) from a wide range of airline backgrounds.  Our instructors are all Captains or First Officers, already involved in the training and/or flight safety areas of their respective airlines, and hence have a wide knowledge of the industry and current training requirements and trends.  All have experience operating for some major UK airlines including Monarch, Thomson Airways, Thomas Cook, Virgin, British Airways, easyJet & Astraeus.

  • Do you have a success rate of at least 90%?

    At the Virtual Flight Centre, yes.  We have provided courses to clients from all backgrounds - from fresh CPL/frozen ATPL holders straight out of flying school looking for their first job, to current airline captains wanting to "brush-up" on their manual or procedural flying skills before transferring airlines or going for their simulator checks.  Of those we have trained for simulator assessment preparation and who have had their actual airline simulator assessment, our success rate remains well above 90% to date.
